Founded in 2016, Kenyon Structural Composites mission is to build a substantial business which fabricates advanced composite structures for applications in medical, industrial, and other market opportunities which it may identify. This is to be done in a manner compliant with company policies and which protects the health and safety of employees, customers, and the environment. Layup / Clean Room

  • Enclosed air-conditioned area where raw carbon/epoxy materials are applied to foam cores and prepared for curing.

Prepreg Storage

  •  Freezers for maintaining shelf life of carbon/epoxy material.

Curing Equipment

  • Grieve 3’ x 3’ electrically heated curing oven, 400F.
  • Custom 4’ x 10’ electrically heated curing oven, 400F.

Machining Equipment

  •  Bridgeport manual mill with digital readout.
  •  Do-All 16” Band Saw.
